I’m gonna quote from a HUFFINGTON POST piece by Julie Pace… “President Barack Obama has spent months trying to balance his re-election bid with running the government.” Exact quote of the first sentence of the piece.
“Now, just when his campaign needs him the most, with little more than a week before the election, his official job is beckoning.” Exact quote.
“With that in mind, Obama scrapped campaign events Monday night and Tuesday morning. He planned to return to the White House late Monday to monitor the storm and the government’s response.” Exact quote.
Now, those are direct quotes from Julie Pace. Her piece goes even further by including this quote of Josh Earnest who is a White House spokesman………………
“This is an example, yet again, of the president having to put his responsibilities as commander in chief and as leader of the country first, while at the same time he pursues his responsibilities as a candidate for re-election.” Exact quote.
This is outrageous GARBAGE.
His official job was certainly beckoning the afternoon and night of September 11, 2012 while dozens of “top public officials” in Washington, D.C. were watching live video broadcast of four Americans being murdered in Benghazi. And, it’s not believable that he wasn’t one of those “top public officials”. But he was evidently not paying attention. He’s gonna monitor the government’s response to the storm? Wow ! He was IN the White House all during terrorist attack in Benghazi but apparently wasn’t monitoring it or even paying attention to the government’s NON-response.
Or…..OR…..was he “monitoring” and did nothing? And to Josh Earnest…….you are such a pathetic example of what’s wrong with this country. Do you really, actually, believe that Obama put his responsibilities as commander-in-chief and “leader” of the country first the afternoon and night of September 11 and the day of September 12, 2012 when he apparently totally abandoned his duties as commander-in-chief and leader of the country regarding the terrorist attack in Benghazi? If you believe that then you are not only a fool, you are a dangerous fool. A danger to this country. Oh, I forgot. We couldn’t disappoint those contributors to his campaign who were waiting for him in Las Vegas.
The editors, or whatever they are, of the HUFFINGTON POST are derelict in their duty to aspire to and maintain the highest possible degree of honesty in publishing by allowing such a piece by Julie Pace to be made public. I know…..I KNOW…….I KNOW………freedom of the press and freedom of speech. But lies are just lies.
You HUFFINGTON POST editors and Julie Pace and Josh Earnest are contributing to the destruction of our precious country.
