Now let me see if I get this correct. The “gang of eight” (eight senators)
is close to a “bi-partisan deal on immigration”. And they proudly announce
that they have been working with “business and labor” to get a plan. In
other words, The AFofL/CIO (that’s the largest labor union in America) and
the United States Chamber Of Commerce (not a government agency but a
business “association”) are helping compose, create, the content of proposed
legislation. Proposed legislation, which will become law, on the matter of
millions of people who are illegally in the United States. How in the hell
can you justify letting a labor union and a business “association” be the
co-authors of what will become federal law? A labor union which is in large
part responsible for pricing United States businesses and industries out of
the market. A business “association” whose primary function is perpetuating
its own existance.
Hey, you! The “gang of eight” ! Did any one of you ever think about doing
what is the only right thing to do? READ THE CONSTITUTION ! You each took an
oath to protect and defend the Constitution. That means the LAWS of the
United States. So, stop violating your oath of office by trying to create
ways to circumvent the Constitution and the LAWS.
There are LAWS which clearly define what constitutes an illegal alien in the
United States. Anyone, ANYONE, who violates those LAWS are committing
illegal acts. In other words, for you senators, anyone, ANYONE, who enters
the United States illegally, or is in the country past the designated time
allowed by their legal entry, is, according to LAW…..are you ready for

There simply is not another LEGAL way to classify one of those people. And
anyone, ANYONE, who tries to change that definition or the nomenclature is
committing an illegal act his or her self.
So, SENATORS……stop the crap. You did not take an oath to circumvent the
Constitution. You took an oath to uphold the law. If you don’t, you are
ILLEGAL.
