There is a terminology in the legal lexicon…….SCHEME AND ARTIFICE. There isn’t a precise, simple, definition. But generally used to refer to a plan, trick, use of dishonest services, false or fraudulent pretenses, promises or representations to gain something of value from another party or entity. That is a perfect description of Bill and Hillary Clinton for at least thirty five years. Maybe even before Bill was Attorney General of Arkansas. But certainly while he was Attorney general of Arkansas, Governor of Arkansas, President of The United States. And they have continued their scheme and artifice during all the time since they left the White House and while Hillary was a Senator from New York State and then Secretary Of State. Neither of them has ever actually “earned” the money they received. Their entire adult lives has been spent in a constant scheme and artifice to move from one political place to another. The large question is……how the hell have they gotten away with it for so long? HOW?
