You read it correctly. There are three illegal aliens……not undocumented immigrants…..ILLEGAL ALIENS…….who filed suit against the State Of Georgia University System because they are denied admission because they are in the United States Of America illegally. Two law firms…….(1) Mexican American Legal Defense And Education Fund and (2) Horsley Begnaud LLC……are representing these three illegal aliens. The claim is that the Georgia University System is in violation of the Equal Protection Clause of The United States Constitution. Do you realize just how stupid this claim is? Illegal aliens have no legal standing to sue in the first place. Illegal aliens do not enjoy the privilege of the Equal Protection Clause of the Constitution. Doesn’t make any difference if these three illegal aliens are currently remaining in the United States under a “delayed action” status. They are still ILLEGAL ALIENS. They have no legal standing to even be in any court in the United States….except to answer to their illegal alien status. Which, by the way, is a criminal offense. And, where do these two “law firms” get their financial support to pursue such idiotic cases? Sure would be interesting to know where they get their money. Let’s look at this gain. Three ILLEGAL ALIENS, who have no legal standing, are in some kind of a relationship with the two named law firms to file suit against the Georgia University System because these three illegal aliens are being denied admission. WOW ! Is this an indicator of how fast America is disappearing?
