Government “shutdown”? The Democrats and some Republicans and all of the broadcast and print media are eager to report that President Trump has “shut down” the government. Such a big lie. The FACT is  the United States Senate, under the “leadership” of  Mister Mitch, shut down the government by not passing a piece of legislation that would fund part of the government. NOT PRESIDENT TRUMP. When are all you phonies in the print and broadcast media gonna report the TRUTH? Further…….there is no “shut down” when all, every one, of the paychecks will be issued on time. That’s right! Paychecks for government workers will be delivered on time.  The President cannot, does not have the power/authority to  “shut down” the government. Only…..ONLY the House Of Representatives and the Senate have that power. If they don’t pass legislation that is sent to the President for signature….then the President cannot “shut down” the government. But….if they do pass legislation and the President refuses to sign it into law………the House and Senate are still responsible because they can vote to override his veto and  pass amended legislation  and send that to the President. Do you get it? It would be almost impossible for the President to “shut down” the government. There are four people who are responsible for this stupid, idiotic, disgusting, un-American, phony mess going on in Washington. Speaker of The House, Paul Ryan, Senate majority leader Mitch McConnell, House minority leader Nancy Pelosi, Senate minority leader Chuck Schumer. Of course there are a number of members of both houses who are contributing to this B.S. But those four  despicable, pathetic, politicians are fully responsible for screwing things up. The presidential election of 2016 was a signal by the American people that such crap must cease. But the  Washington swamp is still flexing its muscles. STOP IT !
