A lot of people are screaming about “foreign money influence” in American elections. Well……..WELL……..what about it? In a recent Texas election for one of the senate seats, there was an avalanche of “foreign ” money. We know for Beto We know that for certain. A New York billionaire made some heavy contributions to Beto. Now if it’s New York money shipped to Texas to influence a Texas election what the hell do you call it? FOREIGN MONEY. Democrats are bragging…….loudly bragging……that Beto “raised” over eighty million dollars for his failed bid. Here’s the truth. Beto DID NOT raise eighty million dollars. Most of it was shipped in, thrust upon the Beto campaign, unsolicited by the Beto “staff”. So to say Beto “raised” eighty million is not exactly accurate. There was over eighty million dollars plugged into a Texas campaign from “foreign” sources in an effort to influence the campaign. The Democrats were unsuccessful. But it was a clear case of “foreign money influence”. By the way….what happened to the millions that weren’t spent on that failed attempt?
