“HAVE YOU NO SENSE OF DECENCY, SIR?” is one of the most important quotes in American history. Yet, it seems to have lost its importance in the evolution of teachings by academia liberals and progressives.
The origin?
In February, 1950, Senator Joseph McCarthy, Republican from Wisconsin, rose to power as the Chairman of the Senate Government Operations Committee. Senator McCarthy claiming there were “hundreds of known Communists” in the State Department thereby creating what was called the “Red Scare”. Looking for Communists in every closet, under every bed, in every city, county, state and federal department and Hollywood. McCarthy bullied, lied and smeared his way to power. Destroying many careers and lives in the process. Senator McCarthy was feared because of his ruthless, and reckless display and abuse of power he had been able to gain in his chairmanship. But Senator McCarthy made a big, huge, mistake in 1953, after over two years of his wielding his unchecked destruction. In an early 1954 last-ditch effort to revitalize his declining anticommunist crusade, he accused the United States Army of being “soft” on communism. The Army hired Attorney Joseph N. Welch to represent the Army in the McCarthy hearings. Attorney Welch had been able to destroy every McCarthy argument and witness. Whereupon, on June 9, 1954, the clearly agitated McCarthy charged that Frederick G. Fisher, a young associate in Welch’s law firm, was a long-time member of an organization that was a “legal arm of the communist party”. Welch was stunned into a long “deafening” silence. But, then, recovering his composure asked the historic question………………….

It looks like we have a parallel in today’s politics. Not some Committee Chairman who has lied, bullied, smeared his or her way into power. But the complete departure from what America was meant to be. Joe Biden, you just signed an order, without any Congressional action, that abruptly and immediately ended tens of thousands of current and tens of thousands of future American jobs. And will increase the cost of living for millions of Americans. “HAVE YOU NO SENSE OF DECENCY, SIR?” Joe Biden, by your public statements and Executive Orders, you just invited untold tens of thousands of illegal aliens to invade the United States of America. “HAVR YOU NO SENSE OF DECENCY, SIR?” Chuck Schumer and Mitch McConnell, you two playing your political prostitute games and jousting for authority and power, with the unspoken attitude “screw the people”, have not lived up to your oath of office to function strictly by the Constitution. “HAVE YOU NO SENSE OF DECENCTY, SIRS?” Nancy Pelosi, you have wielded and abused your power to bring not one, but two, phony, fake, unconstitutional, illegitimate, immoral, UnAmerican Presidential Impeachments. You have wielded and abused your power to play your political prostitute games regardless of how much harm and injury you inflict on the American people. “HAVE YOU NO SENSE OF DECENCY, MA’AM?” To all, ALL, of you politicians and bureaucrats, too numerous to list here, who participate in the political prostitute games……………………………..
