It’s either RADICAL AMERICANISM or AMERICAN RADICALISM.
Can’t decide which it is. But…..BUT……either label is okay.
The point is this. Every time we have an election….most usually the presidential elections….. these people who call themselves “journalists” ask the one question, the dumbest question, which is NOT the question that should be, must not be, asked of a candidate. Here it is…….”What direction do you want to take the country?”…….Or something similar.
The problem is this. No person elected to any….ANY….public office….especially the President of the United States of America…….is supposed to “take the country in any direction”. America HAS a “direction”. That “direction” is clearly defined in the Constitution of the United States of America. No person or political party is supposed to “take” the country in any direction. Except that direction of the founding documents. And, the only, THE ONLY, mission, job, purpose, of an elected person is to manage, yes, MANAGE, not change the “direction” of the country.
It is un-American, un-Constitutional, for an elected President to change any “direction” of the country. We, America, have three, just three, branches of government. Judicial. Legislative. Administrative. They are, according to our founding documents, supposed to be “radically American”. That is to maintain, support, promote, perpetuate the one “direction” of America. Not allow or participate in change in “direction”. But, human nature has influenced some of the hundreds of elected people over the more than two hundred years of there being an America. That human, or animal, “desire” to effect “change”.
Well…..America is not meant to be “changed”. Every President has attempted to make “changes” in the “direction” of America. Every legislator has either attempted to make “changes” or went along with “changes”. Even the Judicial branch of the American government has been guilty of helping in some “changes” in America. President Abraham Lincoln did not try to change the “direction” of America. He was simply trying to keep America on the track set forth in our founding documents. Not make “changes” but enforce what America claimed to be.
The revered FDR did not use his power to put America “on track” or enforce the Constitutional “direction” of America. He tried, with some success, to make “changes” in America’s “direction”. Donald J. Trump comes along and tries to put America back on the track it’s supposed to be on. He did not, DID NOT, try to “change America’s “direction”. He tried desperately to make America what America is supposed to be.
And just look at what’s going on now, today. Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer and a bunch of other idiot Democrats as well as some Republicans are trying their damndest to “change” America into something that ain’t American. We, the people, have to regain control of our government.
Get rid of anyone who even thinks about “changing the direction” of America. Return to, adopt, maintain, perpetuate the ORIGINAL DIRECTION of America. AMERICAN RADICALISM or RADICAL AMERICANISM.
