It’s usually very simple.
There’s a bank robbery. There is an abundance of incontrovertible evidence identifying the robber. The robber is arrested by the police. After the police have finished interrogating the “suspect”, the police step aside, and a prosecutor takes over. The prosecutor initiates the arrest of the “suspect”. Then the prosecutor gets an indictment. Then the prosecutor initiates an arraignment of the “suspect”. Then the prosecutor arranges for the “suspect” to be tried for bank robbery because there is enough evidence to convict the “suspect”.
Okay, so that’s an oversimplification of the way the American justice system functions. Let’s take a set of circumstances that almost every American has become familiar with. And then ask the question……WHERE ARE THE PROSECUTORS?
Here’s the story. A Vice President of the United States of America tells the President of a foreign country…..”If you don’t fire the top prosecutor in six hours, I’m gonna withhold the billion dollars in aid to your country.” And if that wasn’t bad enough, that Vice President actually bragged about it on public television.
Now, it doesn’t take a genius in American Law to understand that such an act is a crime. A criminal activity. We know what crime is committed. We know who committed the crime. We know the “perpetrator” confessed to committing the crime. BUT WE DON”T KNOW WHY THERE HASN”T BEEN AN ARREST. AN INDICTMENT. AN ARRAIGNMENT. A TRIAL.
Two United States Attorney Generals DID NOT do anything. NOTHING!
And…..AND…..is ain’t just the incident referred to here. There’s a long list of crimes that have been committed by a bunch of political prostitutes. Mostly Democrats. Violating the oath of office. Testimony in Congressional Hearings. Blatant lies made in public appearances. And even worse crimes too numerous to list in this short writing.
So many. Any prosecutor worth his or her salt would have a “walk in the park”.
SO, you have to ask the question……”WHERE ARE THE PROSECUTORS?” America is going down the drain and the prosecutors are nowhere to be found.
