THE PRESIDENT, THE CONGRESS, THE TAXES

It’s a mystery why THE CONGRESS is even talking to THE PRESIDENT about THE TAXES. The only conclusion which can be drawn from THE CONGRESS and THE PRESIDENT involved in THE TAXES is that the members of THE CONGRESS, as a group, not as individual, are just plain idiots… and THE PRESIDENT is set on expanding his “reach”. It is so very, VERY, VERY, simple. There is not one place in THE CONSTITUTION which gives THE PRESIDENT any authority or privilege to even discuss THE TAXES. No place in THE CONSTITUTION is there even a reference to or insinuation for THE PRESIDENT being allowed to talk about setting policy for THE TAXES. And, since there is nothing in THE CONSTITUTION which places THE PRESIDENT in any function pertaining to THE TAXES… that clearly and without a doubt makes it unconstitutional for THE PRESIDENT to be attempting to influence policies of THE TAXES. THE TAXES are none of THE PRESIDENT’s business. THE CONGRESS only. Period. End of discussion.

So, why in the hell is THE CONGRESS even talking to THE PRESIDENT about THE TAXES.

THE PRESIDENT does actually have one authority regarding THE TAXES. But it is not, repeat, IS NOT, related to making tax policies. THE PRESIDENT is charged with administration. Got it? ADMINISTRATION. In other words, in simple language… after THE CONGRESS, by and through it’s Constitutional sole authority, has set policies on THE TAXES… then THE PRESIDENT must deferentially administer those policies. Not be involved in making those policies. But administering those policies. Making certain that the policies set by THE CONGRESS are properly and legally supported. Nothing more. This has nothing to do with any other President. It’s just a statement of fact. It’s time to adhere to the Constitution. Starting now. Regardless if any previous Presidents acted in contradiction with the Constitution by injecting himself in making tax policies.

Oh… since all the idiots in THE CONGRESS who are even talking to THE PRESIDENT about THE TAXES … that makes them guilty of violating THE CONSTITUTION.

So…it looks like we have THE PRESIDENT and THE CONGRESS in clear, intentional, violation of THE CONSTITUTION.

But I don’t know how to stop it.
