Every American, READ THIS CAREFULLY!
“I DO SOLEMNLY SWEAR THAT I WILL SUPPORT AND DEFEND THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES AGAINST ALL ENEMIES, FOREIGN AND DOMESTIC, THAT I WILL BEAR TRUE FAITH AND ALLEGIANCE TO THE SAME: THAT I TAKE THIS OBLIGATION FREELY, WITHOUT ANY MENTAL RESERVATION OR PURPOSE OF EVASION, AND I WILL WELL AND FAITHFULLY DISCHARGE THE DUTIES OF THE OFFICE ON WHICH I AM ABOUT TO ENTER.”
This is the OATH OF OFFICE every vice president, senator, representative and cabinet member must and does publicly verbally iterate. The OATH OF OFFICE a president must and does swear or affirm to enter office is just as SPECIFIC but only thirty-five words found in Article II, Section One, Clause 8 of the Constitution.
Here’s the point. President Biden has violated the Constitution. Vice President Harris has violated the Constitution. Some members of the cabinet have violated the Constitution. Some members of the Senate have violated the Constitution. Some members of the House of representatives have violated the Constitution. IT IS A CRIME TO VIOLATE THE CONSTITUTION! PERIOD! Any fifth-rate prosecutor would be able to easily present a case in a court that would expose the crimes committed against the Constitution. No matter how a defense attorney would spin it, any jury would render a GUILTY verdict.
All the evidence of guilt is clearly obvious in the public domain and by the many public acts of the President, Vice President, some cabinet members, some Senators and some members of the House of Representatives.
So, when is someone gonna step up and start the ball rolling to arrest, indict, arraign and try all those “officials” who are known to have violated the Constitution? Some “brave” politician has stated that Mayorkas should be Impeached. Impeached. Hell no. If you just look at his intentional and deliberate part in violating the Constitution, and breaking laws, the only conclusion…..under the United States system of justice…….ARREST him, INDICT him, ARRAIGN him, TRY him. Mister Mayorkas is just one example of massive crimes committed by “public servants”.
“THEY” ……a lot of “THEM”……have violated the Constitution…..which is a CRIME. Ain’t criminals supposed to be punished?
