The President has been “campaigning” aginst what has been labeled as “across
the board spending cuts”. The president has been telling us that this phony
“sequester” is actually cuts in federal spending. That’s the first lie. The
“cuts” which are supposed to take effect March first ARE NOT cuts. The
“cuts” are actually a reduction in the increase of spending. Read it again.
The “cuts” are actually nothing more than a reduction in the increase in
spending. So, when the president or any of his mouthpieces claim that there
have been “cuts” and more “cuts” are on the way……they are telling LIES.
The President has been claiming for the past few days that the coming “cuts”
will cause thousand of teachers to be laid off……thousands of police and
firemen will be laid off……..federal meat inspectors will be laid off
(causing a shut down of the meat industry)……..tens of thousands of
children will lose Head Start…………air traffic controllers will be
laid off (causing chaos in air transportation)……..and our military will
become unable to respond to crisis……and……and ! The fact
is…….simply stated…….the President is spewing LIES. Every word of
what he has been claiming is a LIE. And……he knows it’s all a bunch of
LIES. None of those things will happen.
Why is this President allowed to get away with such big and deliberate lies?
The answer to that question is very simple. The Congress is not doing its
job. The responsible, intelligent, people in Congress should be rushing,
stampeding, to take action(s) to call this President to the bar to answer
for his deliberate and intentional violations of his oath of office.
These lies are just more of an abundance of evidence that this President is
something other than what the Constitution intended a President to be.
America is disappearing.
