Today, Tuesday, May 31, 2016, Eboni Williams on the Fox News show Outnumbered, made the stupidist (such a word?) statement, not once, but several times, that proves she’s not qualified to be a big wig TV personality. She said, quote, “We have not decided collectively how much we are willing to sacrifice.” She was referring to government intrusion into our privacy. Even Harris Faulkner said, “I would give up everything to not have another San Bernardino”…referring to the terrorist murders a few months ago. Harris….are you nuts? Sure we all want to prevent the san Bernardinos, World Trade Centers, and all the other terrorist hits. But…..BUT……BUT….. there has not been one of those terrorist events prevented by the government’s invasion of the privacy of citizens. In fact, the government failed to properly vet every one of the individuals involved in every terrorist attack inside the United States. It’s worth repeating……..government failure…..GOVERNMENT FAILURE…..has been the underlying element in every terrorist attack…..not…..NOT….the invasion of citizen privacy. Kennedy very forcefully displayed the only correct attitude……..quote, “the government does not have the right to invade privacy without a warrant”. It’s really very simple……Eboni, Harris, and all the others who think like you do…….the CONSTITUTION is supposed to be the RULE the ONLY rule governing privacy. And it does not provide for the government to invade your privacy without a warrant. The CONSTITUTION does not provide for or allow the population “to decide collectively how much we are willing to sacrifice”. Any law, or regulation, or rule, or action of any kind is unconstitutional if it gives any arm or agency of the government permission to invade citizen privacy without a warrant…..and such a warrant must be in compliance with the CONSTITUTION.
IT IS REALLY THAT SIMPLE.
