Ruth Bader-Ginsburg, Associate Supreme Court Justice, revealed what poor judgment she really has. How did she do that? City, County, state, federal and Supreme Court judges have been historically prohibited from political activities. But RB-G violated that historic rule a few days ago when she “unloaded” on Donald Trump. She actually, deliberately, publicly, became a politician when she did her character assassination. Among the things she said………referring to Donald Trump……”He is a faker. He has no consistency about him. He says whatever comes into his head at the moment. He really has an ego. How has he gotten away with not turning over his tax returns?” Yup, she, Ruth Bader-Ginsburg, Associate Justice of the U.S. Supreme Court, denigrated a legitimate presumptive nominee of a major American political party. But not her political party. Well, Madame Justice, how about this? You are the “faker”. All the decisions you have made as a judge, justice, and your A.C.L.U. actions have been antagonistic to the basic premise of the Constitution of The United States. That makes you the “faker”. There has been a consistency about you which is anti-constitutional. That makes your “consistency” a bad thing…….which you inferred about Trump’s “consistency”. You have said whatever came into your head when issuing your liberal/progressive opinions. That makes you a whole lot more dangerous than Mister Trump when all of his public utterances seem to promote what’s best for America…..not liberal/progressive/socialist like yours. And for the ego thing……..you have an ego that is dangerous to the future of America…..your ego is the force that has made decisions which are not compatible with the Constitution. Mister Trump’s ego seems to be driving him to try to capture what America was intended to be. And….AND…the tax returns. How stupid can a Justice of the Supreme Court be. Doesn’t the I.R.S. require that tax filings which are the subject of an audit be in “limbo” until the audit is completed? And…..TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE……Madame Justice, you issued an “apology” today. You said your character assassination of Donald Trump was, in your words, “Ill advised.”. Really? How about just plain stupid? How about your intentionally injecting yourself in a presidential candidate nomination is, in and of itself, justification for you to no longer sit as a Justice of the Supreme Court? If you have any decency left, you will “retire”……..IMMEDIATLELY. You are now more of a disgrace to the history of the Constitution than you have been for your twenty three years as an Associate Justice of the Supreme Court.
