AOL internet news headline……”Former FOX NEWS correspondent charged with rape”. This is clearly a deliberate hatchet job by the writer and editor(s) at AOL online. Taking advantage of an alleged crime to smear FOX NEWS. Yes, Orlando Salinas was arrested on a charge of rape and sodomy. Yes. It is a fact that Orlando Salinas is a former correspondent for FOX NEWS. But……BUT….what AOL is not telling you is this. Mister Salinas quit, resigned, ended, his job at FOX NEWS in 2012 to take a job with CBS. Yup. He quit FOX NEWS. Went to work for CBS. Until…..UNTIL…..he was terminated, fired, dismissed from CBS in 2015. He was working as a real estate agent when arrested. The AOL report does state, later in the article, that Salinas did work for CBS AFTER he worked for FOX NEWS. And at the time of arrest was a real estate agent. If the AOL writer had been honest….he/she would have reported this way. “Orlando Salinas, a real estate agent in Virginia, a former correspondent for CBS from 2012 til 2015 and correspondent for FOX NEWS prior to 2012 was arrested……..”. But, no, the writer had to do a hatchet job on FOX NEWS. And further proof that the writer is extremely biased against FOX NEWS? The writer ended the piece….the last paragraph, a one liner……with an additional hatchet job…….a matter totally unrelated to the story……..”This comes a week after long time CEO, Roger Ailes, stepped down amid allegations he sexually harassed female employees.”. Has not a damned thing to do with the Salinas story. This writer and the editor(s) who approved such deliberate hatchet jobs should all be exiled from any position even remotely connected to reporting anything to anybody.
