This CRITICAL RACE THEORY thing has finally gotten the attention it deserves. It has been in our education system for quite a while. No matter what it has been called, the left-wing-whacko-liberal-progressives have been pushing this garbage. Even thirty years ago there were a few teachers who were quietly “preaching” CRT, or something similar, in the K through twelve arena of school systems scattered all over the country.
Where did it come from? Well, it is not something that was “invented” and “offered” by one specific person on one specific date. CRT is a cockamamy bunch of really stupid, unproven “ideas” which developed and evolved into a definable program. Emanating in the “halls of higher learning”.
In other words…….CRT is the product of some crackpots who were and are actually teachers, professors, administrators, in colleges and universities.
There’s a Special Education Teacher at Des Moines East High School, named Megan Geha, who goes by the name “Ms. Magoo” on Tik Tok. You will be shocked by her unhinged vitriolic rants with vulgar language in voicing her complaints that Iowa law will not let her teach CRT. Her rants aren’t just unhinged. They are a display of total outrage because she can’t indoctrinate her pupils with CRT.
To be blunt……..her videos make her look like she belongs in a looney bin. Really! How long has Ms. Magoo been teaching CRT or some form of it? We don’t know. How did she become a raging proponent of CRT? How about being taught by the professors at the college or university where she got her degree to become a public school teacher? This woman is to be pitied. It’s likely she doesn’t even realize what damage she is causing.
The horrible part of all this is…….there are a lot of other teachers in our public school systems who are exactly like her. Products of the highest-ranked colleges and universities. But maybe not as exposed as being a lunatic CRT advocate. But, if there is anything good or positive to come out of this Covid-19 nightmare, it’s that the public, parents, became aware that this anti-American, un-American, garbage has been being quietly thrust upon school children.
Megan Geha, or Ms. Magoo as she is known on TikTok, is only the tip of the iceberg. CRT or however it might be disguised has a foothold in our public education system and is clearly present in almost every college and university.
