The first thing you need to understand is that all these “rules” and “regulations” and “guidelines” may not enforceable laws.
Even though there have been a bunch of the bureaucrats and some of the elected “officials”, mayors and governors, who have made clear threats of, in some cases, arrests, jail time, huge fines.
Is it possible those bureaucrats and elected “officials” do have such power and authority?
If you read every word of the Constitution, you probably will not find any such power given to bureaucrats and elected “officials”. But, some of those folks apparently really believe they have been given such powers. What scientific evidence is there to support any of these rules, regulations, and guidelines? How about………………………….
“Gatherings that include more than fifteen people from more than three households are prohibited”. What do you do if it’s a simple family gathering? Mom. Dad. Their five married children. The spouses of those five married children. Ten children of those five couples. Mom’s brother and his wife. Their three children and their spouses. The six children of those three couples. Dad’s brother and his wife. Their two children and their spouses. Four children of those two couples. OOPS! OOPS! That’s more than fifteen people from more than three households. Call the cops.
“The host of any gathering should collect attendees names and contact information in case it is needed later”. Really? So you can give the list to the police when they show up to arrest everybody if there were more than fifteen people from more than three households?
Here’s a statement from some genius bureaucrat or elected official…………
“Gathering that are conducted outdoors are significantly safer than indoors”. Duh! No kidding?
This one is so laughable……………..
“Attendees of an outdoor event may go inside to use the bathroom as long as the bathrooms are frequently sanitized”.
Where did this one come from……………….
“Gatherings should be two hours or less”. Sorry folks. We’ve been here one hour and fifty nine minutes. The cops are gonna show up to arrest us if we don’t all leave in one minute.
Then there’s the space thing…………………..
“For any gatherings under this guidance, the space must be large enough so that everyone at a gathering can maintain at least the six foot distance from others”. What the hell do you do if you and one other person are in a room that’s only eleven feet by eleven feet? It’s a mandatory gathering of ONE.

“People at gatherings may remove their face coverings briefly to eat or drink as long as they stay six feet away from everyone else”. So idiotic. It’s not possible to eat or drink anything with a mask ON. IMPOSSIBLE! No matter if you are one foot, six feet or twenty feet apart. Any idiot knows you cannot eat or drink with a mask ON!

“California curfew 10:00 P.M. till 5:00 A.M. in 41 of its 58 counties”. At least that’s what Governor Gavin Newsom must think.
And in Michigan………………………….
“The Michigan Governor ordered it to be illegal for residents to visit neighbors and requires big box stores to close sections “dedicated to carpeting, flooring, furniture, garden centers, plant nurseries or paint”. So, you can’t paint your garage during the pandemic? You can’t do any gardening? No house repairs?

The rules don’t have to be logical….just obey them.
